Does NGC Grade Looser on Ikes Than PCGS?

In reading posts about NGC vs PCGS grading of Ikes on this forum and prices realized on eBay I get the impression that NGC grades Ikes looser than PCGS. I have several PCGS MS64 1972 Ikes I was thinking about cracking out and submitting to NGC. Any speculation on what the NGC grades would be or has anyone else done something similar?
One of the reasons I was considering doing this is this auction result for a 1972 NGC MS65.
