Wow. It looks like a proof, but I don't deal much with Morgans. I don't have access to my books to tell you for sure. I know that there were only 2 or 3 dies used to strike proofs for 1900, but it may be difficult to tell from the images. The seller has no idea either, although he does say "PR++" in the title. Too bad he only accepts bidders in Europe.
Cool! A german/dutch speaker on the boards. Out of curiosity, I just had to know what it was saying. I`m not sure one way or another on whether it`s proof or proof-like.
