Anybody have Feb. invoices that still aren't logged in?

I submitted one at the end of February that PSA received on 4 March but that still isn't showing up in the system. I've been told the package did in fact make it to PSA, but the delay is testing my patience. What gets me is that an invoice I mailed on 10 March just had its results posted today. (Only four of the cards on it are mine; the rest I submitted for a friend in Canada.) Anyway, just curious as to how many of you guys are still waiting on invoices to show up in the system.

    Steve,

Me too. Not concerned at all because of the statement on PSA's homepage.
I know they're in the vault.
I submitted under the 10 day service because of the value of the cards.
I guess that 10 day service means nothing now.
Have always been happy with PSA. Have NEVER had a problem with
one card with over ten thousand submitted. That's pretty awesome service.

  • Yeah, I sent in a group of tickets a few weeks ago and I know they received it (according to the tracking info at USPS) but they probably just behind on getting it into the system.

Yeah, I'm not too terribly worried about it - especially now that I know there's at least one other person still waiting with me - but I still wish my initial invoice had been logged in before they logged in the one that was just graded. I guess that's the difference between $5 worth of service and $10 worth of service.

I sent 70 cards under the $5.00 a pop 72 and newer set registry special that was checked in on March 1, 2004. Still no grades yet.
  • I'm with you yawie99. I sent in a 5day submission the same day. I already have it back at my house. Money.. it's what makes this world go round....

My submission under the $5 special took nearly 2 weeks to be logged in, but then it was graded in less than 2 weeks after being logged in.
Even considering the time it spent "out of the system" PSA still made good on the turnaround time.

I sent in two orders of about 200 cards each on Feb 28th. They were logged in on March 13th, and I'm anxiously, optimistically, hopefully, impatiently, excitedly waiting for my grades.

I sent one on 2/28 and its there but not logged in.
  • I'm waiting for an invoice that was checked in Feb. 12th, nothing posted since. 43 cards from the Feb. Set registry special. As of today it is 27 business days. I don't care how many submissions they recieved near the end of the month, If I don't get my "guaranteed 35 day turn-around" PSA will hear it from me or lose my business.

anyone send multiple orders in in 1 package and they don't check them all, I had a package received today and they checked in 2 of the 3 orders. scares me a little
  • I sent in 3 invoices (160 cards each) in the same package on 2/29 about 2 hours before the deadline (what would I do without a 24 hour post office!!). Anyway I called today and without my registered mail tracking info, the customer support person couldn't verify my package had arrived, but did indicate they were about 2 1/2 weeks behind. I'll probably check back in sometime next week.

    Hope this helps...

Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed time on Specials. Read the fine print. So they can take as long as they like.
  • Yes Wabbit, but it does say that grades will guaranteed posted in that time frame, I'm on business day 28 on a 43 card submission thats been in the system since Feb. 12 and no grades posted......43 cards.....come on, and I've emailed them asking what's up, surprise surprise, no email back .......

dbj, there are quite a few open orders still in the system from that time frame. I still can't understand how invoices that were logged in march have already been graded , so much for first in first out

my other question again if any one has some insight, ever not have all the orders in a package logged on the same day? thanks

PackCollector - I sent in two orders in the same box. One was checked in last Saturday; the other still isn't checked in. I'm calling on Monday to get the scoop. I think I read somewhere else on here that someone had something similar happen, but that both orders were checked in the same day, just not updated in the computer as such...I sure hope that's what my situation is.
  • Hello

    Thank you,

That was the response to my email on what was up with my order? I guess I just am going to shut up now and see what happens. It would be nice to know what the heck is holding up a 43 card submission for over a month.

    Three submissions sent -
    1) mailed on Feb 28 (72 Special); arrived Newport Beach - March 4th; Still not logged; Called on Friday - Customer Service said they were logging in shipments that arrived March 3.
    2) Dropped off a submission of 126 cards at Ft Washington, March 5th ; Logged in March 12th; No grades yet....
    3) Dropped off a submission ( 9 reviews) also at Ft Washington, March 5th; Still not logged in yet.

Not concerned .... but not overly happy either !
