Does pcgs grade these things?
Trying to find a 5th coin for a economy submission.

If they can make money off of them then they will....I don't know what year you are talking about but I have four rolls of the things in BU and I consider them bullion and nothing more.

Yes they do, I have the whole set of Libertads certified in silver and gold by PCGS.....
