I agree with the above statements. Hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like you have a gem 1950 specimen. Remember that no mint sets were made in 1950, therefore finding a coin like this is by no means an easy task!

If that picture is an accurate representation of the coin, then I think you own a proof 1950.

If you guys look at the lettering on the coin, particularly on the reverse, you'll see that it's not as crisp and defined as you usually find on proofs. This leads me to believe that we have a killer business strike.

It almost looks like an SMS coin. There was a proof 1950 Frankie on Teletrade recently that looked very similar to this coin. If this one is a business strike, it's a pretty damned amazing coin.

I see this thread came back to life...

I think I will have it slabbed.I took a couple of other pics to see if they change any opinions.I don't have much experience with Franklins.I was searching through my set trying to distinguish Full Bell Lines and came across this one.I fiqured when I flipped it over it would have been marked up,but was surprised.

It looks like full bell lines to me...am I correct?

It's impossible to tell from that image. The lower lines are too obscured by shadows.

In looking at all three pictures side by side, it does look like the coin in question (top) looks more like the proof on the bottom, than the MS66FBL in the middle - note the rounded features, especially on the reverse and the detail on the eagle.
