can a card get a 10 if the centering is a little off? Or do they deduct a point ?

PSA grading standards allow for 65/35 centering on a PSA 10 card if it has good eye appeal. I have seen a few PSA 10s with 65/35 centering. I just do not think 65/35 centerning looks good in a 10 holder.
