Iffy but I have a feeling...1898 Quarter

Nice...1905 quarter

Dark but original...1839 half

Way overgraded but original...1915-D quarter

Expensive for an XF40 but original...1902 Half

Iffy but looks ok...1876-S Half

I have pretty much given up looking for original draped bust left half eagles and I dont think I will go broke finding original XF/AU type stuff either...

Very frustrating since I am in a BUYING MOOD!!!

Oh, and let's not forget this seated beauty--I got her at VG bid... unbeknownst to me, it's a borderline R4/R5, WB-103 errant 4 in the gown (I hate when I get a coin cheap for my album, and am told it's worth a few hundred... well, not really )

I hate that, Placid. I've had that happen to me. I just wish they would start the auction at whatever the minimum REALLY is, instead of pulling out with 20 seconds to go!

nice 02 half but I think it slightly overgraded, more like40+ to me. good wing feathers for 45 but the tail feathers are weak. I like the complete banner but the wear near the mouth detracts as well as the hit on the neck

If you look in the first post, I called it a 40 as well...

Nice look to it though.

the 15-D might grade 40 due to strike. Lots of wreath and eagle detail but it is hard to tell from the scan...
