My question is why would anyone bid over $10 on a blurry picture.

The reverse pics are the same on both coins. You can match up the highlights and a few nicks above and to the right of the dome.

He could have just uploaded the wrong image, I would drop him a note if you're seriously interested in either coin and ask.
