OT - EBay needs more sellers like this

I received a low value silver coin today, loosely wrapped in a large sheet of paper inside an evelope. When I opened it, the coin fell out on the Post Office floor and when I picked it up, it had two obviously fresh scratches, one about 5mm long!

I e-mailed the seller and asked him if he preferred no feedback at all, or a neutral with a comment about poor packaging. I explained how simple it is to safely ship a coin.

In less than 2-1/2 hours I had a reply:
