    VF cleaned/polished
    I'm the Proud recipient of a genuine "you suck" award dated 1/24/05. I was accepted into the "Circle of Trust" on 3/9/09.

    Can you see hairlines in the left field? I don't think the scan looks bad for what it is. I'd have to see it in person.image

    I have difficulty detecting cleaned coins. What leads people to think this has been cleaned/polished?

    I will say XF and that it has not been cleaned.

    I agree with fivecents - XF and does not look cleaned to me.

    Yeah I see what you are talking about in the left field but for some reason I don't think those are cleaning marks...could be wrong...I usually am LOL. The neckline seems pretty strong and sharp to me which lead me to start thingking it wasnt cleaned.
