These are tough to find without a lot of marking.

This is one of the very toughest coins in that grade and will sell for a fraction of what it's worth (if it's nice - a true ms67) on Ebay

Looks like I need to bid a little more than $1.24

Its a.w. coins. Their coins are usually quite nice and usually sell for a lot (or at least the Lincoln Cents!).

I agree, cladmaker's coins are always very nice.

Sniped with two seconds left.. Whew!! I look forward to adding this coin to my collection. The 91-D is a VERY TOUGH date. Other than the 2 67's recently made, there have only been 8 66's made in the last two years out of about 40 coins submitted. Thats how tough it is.. as was noted by some pretty knowledgeable dealers.

Wondercoin was the underbidder so that has to tell you something.

    Congratulations.

There probably aren't many accumulations of the '91 mint sets left since
they dropped below the value of the coins in them a couple years back.
This results in large lots being destroyed to regain the value of the set.

WWQ: Nice buy today on a tough clad quarter!

Do I personally think the coin is worth more than that today for a true MS67 specimen? Of course! I just personally got immersed in my (3) new Registry set projects - Half Dollar, Dollar and $5 Gold Modern Commems in perfect MS70 - 3 sets I am building out with my 12 year old son - and I have been dedicating a sizeable load of money in buying up coins for those 3 sets this month (and expect to continue to do so) image 15 active Registry sets does require one to spread out their funds a bit.

CONGRATULATIONS WWQ on a super acquistion!!

Yeah.. I know its a lot of money for a clad quarter. But I wanted it, so I bought it. I will sleep well either way.

BTW, I need a BU roll too. But I dont think there are that many 67's out there. BU rolls from the late eighties and early nineties dont yield too many high grade specimens.
