Either it should be Proof instead of MS or if the MS is right there should be no Cam designation.

EDIT: I just looked again and the dime has no cam desig so it must be they were all proofs.

Mechanical error. Happens pretty often it seems and the harder ones to find are ones with 2 or more rrors like MS for a proof coin and the wrong denomination on the label.
