I sent an email to the seller asking if he had made a mistake in the picture, because the picture is a low grade circulated coin, but the title says "MS63".
He replies..
"No mistake. My scanner is not the best. The coin is very nice and I bought it from a dealer as part of a collection already graded by him."
The seller sent me an email in response to my questions. This is what he sent me...
"This should resolve your questions. Please review the five photos. They start with a 1891-CC in VG condition and then go through to the MS63 coin. Pay special attention to the eyes, nose, mouth, hair, letters, chin line, and ridges."
I keep on telling him that the coin is very far from an uncirculated coin, but he tells me that MS63 doesn't mean uncirculated. If it were uncirculated, he would have called it BU MS63. He also says that he had sent coins to PCGS for grading and they came back MS67. Now I think he's just pulling my leg, but he also seems rather serious about it all.
You guys have it all wrong. It is a perfect MS63. It looks the same as the day it was minted. The only problem is that the DIES were circulated before the coin was struct

Exactly. Reminds me of an old Yogi Berra quip. Someone asks him "what time is it?" and he answers "you mean right now?"

If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!
