So is the PCGS grading fee $12 or $16?

I have a few modern coins that I want to submit, but I'm getting conflicting numbers about the fee to have them graded.
Is it $12 per coin like their service list says or $16 per coin like their submission form says?

$12 for modern (1965 to date) and $16 for Economy - UNLESS you're a Silver, (free), member. Then it's $16 for modern.
