Still can't figure out how to merge photos in Adobe Photoshop. Any expert advice?

    You really need to understand layers and how Photoshop works and it will all become perfectly clear. May I suggest picking up Adobe's Classroom in a book for Photoshop.

    But basically you have your 2 pictures you want. Double the canvas size on one and then copy and paste the other into it. Move pictures as required and then crop and reszie as required.

    What I do is double the horizontal size and leave the vertical size alone. You might want to add 2 or 4 to the size to give some additional space between the images you're merging.
