Redemption card question

I was wondering what people's experiences with shipping times have been with upper deck??? I redeemed a 2003 redemption online today and it says to expect 12-16 weeks. is that normal?? i'm moving in 13 weeks....and don't want it to disappear into the postal system.

    From experiece I can say that 12-16 weeks means 16 weeks, however UD is suposed to be getting
    better. They are suposed to be revamping the online system so it gives you more details. If you
    dont mind telling us what card are you waiting on? Some players are notorous for late or never
    signed cards. Sometimes if you go to the beckett site you might be able to locate someone who
    also sent in that redemption.

    Trying to change your address after a move with a redemption is a BIG pain in the butt. Hopefull
    they will already have the card or you will get it soon.

    the redemption was for a ron dayne wisconsin mini helmet auto. any ideas?

    Jason, I don't live in LA...yet. I start law school there in the fall. you live in the area?? i need to go househunting and don't know where to start.

    I redeemed a Sammy Sosa auto from 2003 SP Authentic online in June, 2003. Card still hasn't arrived. UD tells me that Sammy hasn't signed the cards yet...and since he just signed a contract with Donruss who knows if he ever will.

    Nah, I live about 3 hours from Baton Rouge, but I try to make 4 or 5 home games a year. There are some nice apartment on Lakeshore and within screaming distance of Death Valley. Will you be able to get student tickets when you enroll?

    jason, tix were one of my first questions....the school only gets about 300, and the 3L's get first dibs. i think i'll be searching for scraps in the parking lot most games.

    Normally you can buy tickets for any home game before the season starts through their website, lsusports.net, but after last season, you better get em quick. I don't know when they go on sale. I just keep checking about twice a week. I'll let you know when they do.

    I just noticed they updated the site and individual game tickets go on sale in August.
