I wanted a copy of that book also. I tried many out of print book shops on line with no luck. Then I saw a nice doubled die cent in a e-bay auction which referenced this book and had a photo of the coin on the proper page in the book. I offered basicaly the $30 bin price for the cent + price of the book new if he included the book, provided the book was in good shape. The seller jumped on the idea and included free shipping. The coin is great and the book is as good as new.
