help me out with this coin

its copper and way to dark for my cheap webcam but it has a obv of a 1837 coronet cent with E PLURIBUS UNUM not star. on the rev it say NOT ONE CENT-- FOR TRIBUTE around the rim it says: millions for defence

what is this token???????
