I can't speak for Mike, but I would sell for roughly half book and if you bought those I wouldn't mind just throwing
in the non-sp's you need. I could do inserts for third book too. I just want to make sure you are serious in
completing this set before I spend a half hour maybe longer trying to find these, I have had guys in the past
back out and my work all went for not.

Mike did answer first so give him a shot first.
