The POP is currently 3 in PSA 9. This is a tough card to get. I've been outbid on a 1969 Topps PSA 8 Yaz several times in the past year or so, and I think that I bid pretty agressively for most cards that I go after.
That is a sweet card. If I didn't have so many other things going on right now, I'd probably be bidding on it.
This is one card i want to replace in my '69 set (way off center top to bottom). Is this particular yaz card notoriously off center in the '69 set, vis a vis the premium for a PSA 8 or 9?
I hope you get this Yaz your first one is sitting nicely in my showcase.

Yaz is notorious for being off center and diamond cut. that is what makes it difficult in 8 or 9. 8's also command a premium. A very popular player out east and accross the country with centering issues takes the SMR on this one out of the picture.
My definition of a diamond cut is when the borders of the photo are not parallel to the borders of the actual card. For example, if the centering is measured at the best location of the card, it may be 50/50 but when measured at the worst location it may be 35/65. The photo actually lies at an angle within the card.
And yes, the poor centering of the 1969 set is legendary. Others can expound on this sentiment but centering certainly provides an additional challenge to the set.

Im not questioning the grade, but can better understand the scarcity of a card when even the 9's are diamond cut to some degree.

Is '69 an especially tough set with regards to centering problems? seems so.

However, at the bottom of the card, its reversed with the left border being wider than the right border
