Some cents, what are they, and can i get a grade ?

I found some more cents, I would like to know if these were done at the mint or after being in circulation. The 1895 is this something in the 9? The 1957 missing t in trust, the 1918 with pits what caused this? The 1928 can I get a grade, the front looks good to me , but what caused the toning on the back? The 1936 done at the mint? Sorry about all the questions. And thanks to all the members who looked at my dime the other night! The last link is the 1895 the second last is the 1928 reverse.

My thoughts, for what it's worth...

1918 - post mint damage, probably someone playing with an awl or screwdriver
1928 - higher end AU, I just can't tell circ or uncirc from the photo
1936 - looks like someone pulled the outside edge, I'd call it post mint damage
    1895 - looks like a repunched date
