Can you mix pre 1964 and newer coins on the same submission?

I never met a coin that wouldn't fit in my collection.....

Yes, but you need to pay for the more expensive tier. IE: $16 Economy, or $30 Regular instead of $12 Modern.

Could I ship them together in the same box if I have separate submission forms?

Yes, you can send as many submissions as you want in the same package.
