Auction tag line calls this "Gem Lustrous":
In the body of the description it's called "CHOICE EF++/AU WITH ORIGINAL LUSTER"
These pictures are the size used in the auction listing, so it's impossible to really look at fine detail.
Shipping is $5.99 + $1 "insurance required". The opening is $9.99 and the BIN is $12.99 vs. Krause $12 Unc down to $1.50 F.
Here's the "Ask Seller" I sent him:
<< <i>Check my feedback - I buy a lot of Japanese coins on Ebay. I think when I add someone to my "never bid on his coins" list, that person is entitled to know why. In this case I consider either of these reasons to be adequate: 1) Although your description of "EF++/AU" is only slightly overstated when compared with your picture, your title of "Gem Lustrous" is absurdly overblown. 2) A single coin, in a cardboard 2x2 or a plastic flip, can be mailed in a padded envelope for 49¢ postage, and the envelope and flip can be purchased for 25¢ or less. The USPS charges $1.30 for insurance. A shipping charge of $6.99 on this item is unconscionable. 3) Your pricing is unrealistic with an opening bid plus S/H that totals more than the Krause Uncirculated value. >>
(I've added him to my blocked bidders list, so that if he stumbles across one of my occasional auctions he won't be able to get to my feedback with a negative!)

At work especially I suffer from a condition where I have zero filter between my brain and my mouth, needless to say I will never be an Admiral. It seems you may have the keyboard version of this malady.
