Silver III - Anybody care to Grade?

My wife found a new coin store today and she picked me up a silver III cent piece. Anybody good at grading these?

According to the PCGS Grading book that is VF20-35.

I'm thinking that this one looks like it's around F-12 or F-15 to me... The boarder on the shield seems well worn on the picture...

The star side is the obverse...

XF. And if there any traces of luster possibly XF45+ to AU50. These are notorious for lousy strikes. I grade them by luster once you reach strong XF to low end AU's.

VF 35. These are difficult to grade because of poor strikes and a design without good guidelines in circulated condition.
I doubt there is any luster on this coin.
