I'd think it's a 66, or even a 67, but Walkers seem to get a rough time of it grading-wise, so it might only be a 63 or 64.
I know if I submitted it, it would come back as a 62........
"Lenin is certainly right. There is no subtler or more severe means of overturning the existing basis of society(destroy capitalism) than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and it does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose." John Marnard Keynes, The Economic Consequences of the Peace, 1920, page 235ff
Poor gal's head looks as though someone used her as a worry stone. Could be just the lighting though. With the rub-a-dub-dub, MS62. Nice flurry of light going there though!
Matters not, because I'm way off and it's "just for fun" anyway.

OK all, it's graded MS-65 by PCGS (green holder). There are no marks on the coin at all. I know it's a tired phrase, but the coin looks better in person (and it's tough to grade from an image). No real marks to speak of and some have mentioned it has a good shot at 66. Thanks for your opinions.
I agree. I have resubmitted MS65 green labels to PCGS and had them upgraded to MS66. I don't know if it can make 67 -- I would need a second angle shot for the obverse and reverse to make a better guess at that. Is it full-hand? Is there a nick on the eagle's belly? That sort of thing.

I had not read the real grade when I siad 66... I would crack that sucka. there is no way you will get 64 so just do it.
I didn't crack it out before resubmitting it.
