IT appears MS64, maybe MS65 if the little scattered marks on the devices aren't that apparent in person. Red, of course.

MS64RD with a slight shot at 65...if they grade it mainly by the obverse.

Assuming the pics are accurate, I'd say 65RD on the obverse, 64RD on the reverse - shot 65 but likely a 64 - PCGS is so tough on wheats so my guess would be 64 but good luck on getting a 65.
