Well for my money, yes. Especially on a very common date like this. Maybe I'm overreacting to the ding.

Looks to me like a dull and lifeless low grade (damaged?) MS piece...from the picture anyway.

If there is wear then a better picture is needed of the Buffalo's rear end....

It looks like there is some very light wear on some points, si I'll say AU55. But it also appears dull like it has been cleaned or something.

I paid $8 for this one I am calling AU58 and I figured I got a real good deal, and after reading your other post you might think about selling this coin with some others together as a lot.

No evident wear from the pic's, but not a well-struck piece. Luster hard to pick up from pictures,
but looks a bit flat on eye appeal. Surfaces are 'thin-skinned' IMO.
EF money would be my bid for it.
