To submit 07 Pre-1965 coins on a Silver Level Membership would cost $210.00 (not including shipping and handling), correct?

07 (# of Coins) x $30.00 (Fees/coin) = $210.00 (Grading SubTotal)

If that is true, it would be a lot cheaper to upgrade to a Gold Level Membership and get the four free submissions, correct?

How would I go about upgrading anyway?
