Question re: punch out dimples on raw cards - King Kellogg???

I've got a raw 1973 Kellogg Nolan Ryan that I am about to submit to PSA. It appears to my untrained eye to be in mint condition except that it has the five dimples or "hanging chads" on each side from where it was punched out. My question - should I attempt to remove these or leave them on. Does PSA count off for them being on their or will they consider it a shaved card if I cut them or whittle down the "chads?"
