counterfeit coin pictures

I have been trying to learn the different counterfeit coins out there. For example, I have recently been studying the 1914-D, and the different ways it has been counterfeited. I also am looking at several other examples of counterfeit coins as well.

My question, is there a website that has good pictures, and gives the diagnostics of an authentic coin. And also shows pictures of counterfeit coins, so we can learn? I know there is the PCGS Coin Grading and Counterfeit Detection book out there. But for those of us who don't have that book, where can we learn? I would like to see some good info, and close up pictures of counterfeit coins. Any suggestions?

Also, can someone with a greysheet tell me the bid/ask price for a 1914-D Lincoln in both F and VF?

Counterfeit Detection reprint from The Numismatist Vol. II published by ANA is an excellent reference. Like all specialized books, it may be hard to come by and may even be Out of Print. I could not find any listed used under Alibris.com, Bookfinder.com, or Abebooks.com, but the last two had several counterfeit dettion books availible.
