What is the most times you've heard of a coin being resubmitted.

"I sent that coin in ________ number of times hoping for an upgrade.

I know at least one dealer who has openly confessed to 3 - 4 resubmissions.

What's the most you've ever heard of........or done yourself?

Not me but someone I know has at least 50-60 for a certain coin.
  • Dealer at Balt. claims he resubmitted ten times at ten different shows to get an upgrade from 67 to 68. Cost him $1,000.

I feel pretty lame - only 3 times for a NGC to PCGS crossover. One of those had presidential review, and was discussed in a PCGS staff meeting. Borderline call, unfortunately didn't go my way. HOLDER BIAS!
