This link was in the message of the PayPal account limited scam. Even though it has www.paypal.com in it where does it really go?

The email headers show that the email originated from the apollohosting.com domain.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
