Cent error ? extra metal . What is it called?

Can anyone tell me if this error or variety, has a name?

    Those are lamination peels. Impurities in the alloy cause the metal to flake off the planchet. There are those that still have the flap, a lamination peel, then there are those that no longer have the flap of metal - lamination. Severe cases of that cause coins to split in half.

    Under the error PDS system that is a P because the problem was with the planchet like cd said.
    Not a variety but not your "regular" error because most errors fall under S for striking.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
