Issue with Game used Patch scammer.

I recently got a Chris Bosh jersey/auto card from a good source. Here's what it looks like:



Checking up on Ebay I saw the exact same issue card but with a whole logoman on the swatch:



Ebay user: powerkillz has had one other auction up and it was for a logoman swatch Carmelo Anthony that sold for $450



Now the source of my patch is pretty good. This guys only auctions are for two logoman patches. They do look alittle fishy (top half is on the Bosh, bottom half is on the Carmelo). I was going to list my card up for auction but now with this one up it probably won't sell as well. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

I would contact Fleer/Skybox Customer Service. Tell them that you recently acquired this Bosh card and you want to know if it is a genuine patch or if it is counterfeit. They can have their technical people investigate it and get back to you.
