2004 La Purchase in change - first report?

I just got a 2004 La Purchase in change at lunch today here in Austin TX. I'm surprised they got into circulation so fast. Anyone else get one in change yet?

    That is fast considering they haven't been released yet. They aren't supposed to be released for circulation until Monday the 15th..
