Good price to pay for 3 lincolns? '45-PDS in PCGS MS66?

Just wondering what a good price to pay for these 3 would be.
I don't see anything, except from Centsles and they don't look good, on ebay when I do a search.

It is my mother's birthyear so I would like to get them for her without overpaying.

Thanks in advance.

Ron

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

  • There have been a number of these sold recently on ebay (sold separately, not together).

Try this link to see the recently completed auctions.

It looks like they go for $15-$20 each. Shipping may be the thing that gets you if you have to buy them separately.

  • The 45-S is an easy coin but the 45-P can be very difficult in 66RD. You should pay more for the "P" mint. Its a $800 in 67RD.

    Thanks!

Theop, that was a good query...I learned from that one image No wonder I only saw a small portion of it with my limited query.

This has helped me make a decision.

It took me a long time to figure out how to effectively search ebay.

    My tips for searching are:
    1. Separate words are each required to match (AND-ed)
    2. Things in (aaa, bbb, ccc) require only one to match, separated by commas (OR-ed)
e.g. (pcgs, ngc) will find both types of slabbed coins
    3. Put a - in front of something to require it to be absent (I use this alot to exclude proofs)
    e.g. -pf -pr
    4. Use a * to include anything else at the end of your search string
    e.g. ms* finds both ms65 and ms-65

    Hope this helps.

  • Just saw this thread in a search: Average ebay sales prices over the last two+ years for the 45-PDS in PCGS 66 holders are:

    45-P $18.29
    45-D $22.88
    45-S $15.16

    Hope this helps!
