Question about ANR auctions

If a lot did not recieve a bid and went unsold last night, will they offer a post auction sale like Heritage. Or would it be best to just contact them and inquire about the lot. If it is best to contact them, is there a protocol set as to when you can call and make offers, such as today, or should we wait until tonights auction close as well.

Thanks again
Ron

    Hi there!
There is a strong possibility that the consignor will pick up the lot and try to sell it at the convention. That is usually the case. However, there is still a possibility that the coin will come back to us. The auction team will be back in the office Friday (sans numismatists and Chris and Melissa who will be at the convention still) and you can call us with the lot number and your name and phone number and we'll find out where that coin went and if it has not gone back to the consignor we may be able to facilitate a transaction. You could also email Cynthia, who will be very busy but she is the one who would help you.
