Regrades and Pedigrees

I have an Eliasberg coin I would like to submit for regrade (designation review for cameo as it was graded before PCGS designated cameo)

Will the coin keep the pedigree or do I need to note it on the submission form?
Collector and Researcher of Liberty Head Nickels. ANA LM-6053

    The coin is suppossed to keep its pedigree, but it would help insure that if you mark "Eliasberg pedigree" on the invoice.
