Any Jefferson specialists familiar with a 1944-D/D variety?

The coin was graded MS65 but missed a 5 Full Step designation. It is attractive and I was wondering if this is considered scarce or even rare and if there is any premium associated with the coin. I thought it was a 66 with a shot at 67 (with a 5 step designation I might add). I would think that because the war time issues were only for three years that the large D/D would be of interest, but it probably boils down to demand which mostlikely has not developed yet... any thoughts?

There are plenty of 65 44-D Mint Jeffs out there even with FS. With the RPM I have concluded that a general price range for those in 65 is right around $18-$26 if attributed. So, I wouldn't necessarily consider it to be rare or scarce, but it would certainly hold a premium above it's regular numismatic value simply because of the RPM. Any chance we can get a close up of the RPM and I should be able to attribute the RPM number for you.
