How could someone determine a grade for this? Is this coin really any different than an MS63 or 64 or?

    Well, I guess you could go by the number of hits on the coin, and also lack of fingerprints and full color. Perhaps they've graded many of them to be able to discern the difference?

    Lots of open flat fields that would show tell-tale signs. Also, the rim looks VERY smooth.
