Free Pop Reports?

After being on the boards for a while (free membership) I decided to 'officially' join PCGS & reap in some of their benefits.
I've created some registry sets, I'm submitting 4 coins, but when I go to the Pop Report section I am asked to 'join'?
In their brochure (& online) this should be a free benefit, at least online pop reports.
Anyone else have a similar issue with their membership......am I missing something here?

Since so many people have sets registered, and they show the pop in the registry, why don't they just let everyone see the pop report for free. It'd just be slightly easier than finding a registry set with the right coin in it.

It's a frequent problem. Drop them an eMail, and they'll fix you up.

Yes, I think it would be best to make the pop reports free for all. But since you've signed up, send an email or call them and they'll fix you up.
