The Fort was good to me - I traded for a 1956 Topps PSA 7 Clemente

Hi Gang, The Fort was pretty good to me. Besides some great gabbing with Frank Bakka, I completed a trade for a PSA 7 1956 Topps Clemente with Jeff from luxury wines. I also found a guy that have 2 show cases filled with PSA graded. I could have spent $1,000 - $1,500 with him but I felt his prices were too high. So I cherry picked some PSA 7s and now my set is just over 60% complete. Besides needing many commons and minor stars, I still need a Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Yankees team, Aparicio and both checklists (All in PSA 6/7 NQ). My goal was to get all of the commons in PSA 7 and all of the stars in PSA 6. However, now that I have a totally sweet PSA 7 Clemente, I'm thinking about a long term goal of all of the cards being PSA 7. If anyone has any for sale, let me know. Also, I have some PSA 8 1972 Topps, PSA 8 1964 Topps Giants and PSA 6 1955 Topps cards for trade if anyone is interested in a trade. I would like to see scans of the cards you have if possible. You can PM me or email me at nbdowney@msn.com

The only bad thing about EBAY is missing the in-person trading done at shows.
  • Sixdart - Thats why we have the trading board right here. I have recently consumated some cyber trades that worked just as well as the traditional ones. Neil is one of the boards classic networkers for sale and trade. It definitely works and we all benefit.
    Happy collecting.
