Insurance after grading

Let's suppose you send in an 1883 gold dollar for grading. You guesstimate it is MS-65 and worth about $1950.00 acording to the price guide. They grade it as a MS-67 which is valued at $4650.00. Do they let you know this so you can adjust the insurance for the return trip? Not saying this coin is a 65 or better, but just curious.
