be very careful if bidding on items from bondick1979

I believe he shills. The suspected shill bidder ID is tessied1960.

Here is my evidence.
tessied1960 is in the same city as bondick1979 (Opelousas, LA).
tessied1960 buys and sells from him (selling Lord of the Rings figurines, buying all sorts of PSA and raw sports cards from the 1950s to the 1980s). The LotR figues that bondick1979 bid on from tessied1960 (4 of them) are the ONLY items other than sports cards that bondick1979 has bid on on ebay during the searchable time period.
tessied1960 received a positive feedback from him 23 minutes after an auction by bondick1979 closed (for a markedly OC raw 1961 Mantle) when that same item was subsequently relisted (using eBay's relisting feature)
tessied1960 has only received 1 feedback from bondick1979 despite all the purchases from him, and left feedback to bondick1979 only on the 2 items sold to bondick1979.

And then there's this:
tessied1960 became high bidder on a card today (with a few days to go), retracted the bid a few minutes later, giving as the reason that the wrong bid amount had been entered, and did not enter a new bid. The high bid on that card (a PSA 7 popular basketball HOFer from the '70s) was at 25% of SMR. [I know, because it's my bid.]

I am reporting this situation to eBay, and will keep people informed of what may happen. I'm not too worried about getting shilled myself on this - extending me to my maximum still means he's letting it go for less than grading costs, and I'd be very surprised if I'm not legitimately outbid by someone else.
