Anyone dip modern copper in Acetone? Will it help with carbon, water spots? Anything else help improve these problems?

Thanks, M.image

No acetone will not help those problems. Acetone is an organic solvent and is good for removing grease or oils, other organic compounds, from a coins surface. It will not affect corrosion or corrosion products.
