Very sad, but Ironic none the less....Maybe after he meets his maker, his old man will confront him. UNISHIP is correct, you never know when its your turn, so appreciate what you have and enjoy life....jay
I wasn't exacly in favor of what he did to his dad, but let's face it-- he stood to possibly make a lot of money from it, and the fact is that we're talking about the integrity of a corpse. The stories surrounding the treatment of his father in his declining years is substantually more disturbing, IMO, then his treatment of Ted's mortal coil, although there may have been a bit of 'what comes around, goes around' involved there as well, especially if Ted wasn't much of a father.
Like most here, I wouldn't have exactly jumped at the chance to sip a beer with Ted's son. But, let's put his behavior in perspective. It's not like he committed a war crime; he just put his Dad's body in a vat. Anyone who thinks the then 'deserved' to die of leukemia (which is just a terrible disease) at 35, or finds their funny bone ticked at the news of his death, needs to step back and examine their values.

Carpe Diem - live each day - you never know when your number will be called.
Still, very sad news for anyone to die at such a young age...
