3000 hit tickets

Finally took the advice of the "King" and submitted a bunch of my 3000 hit tickets into PSA. Even submitted McGwire's 500 HR game ticket (in which he also hit 501 - I actually got the ticket more for the fact that it had Gwynn's 2999th hit).

I have 10 of the players - all of the hitters would got their 3000th after 1980.

Does anyone out there collect tickets as well?

Anyone know any dealers or collectors that might be able to help me get some of the hitters who got their 3000th in the 70s? (Kaline, Aaron, Mays, Brock, Clemente)

I'm also interested in 500 HR, 300th save, 300th win, 3000k strikeout tickets as well!

You might want to try Sports Cards Plus. They have several PSA Super Bowl tickets in their latest SMR ad; I don't know if they have a wider selection of tickets or not, but it's worth a shot. Good luck,

There is a dealer named Lenny Stern. His ebay name is buckner. He specializes in ticket stubs. He has helped me find Gary Carter home run stubs over the years. He's also a nice guy to work with. Good luck.

    Hi Onegaucho,
I started collecting ticket stubs several years ago. I put together a set that has a ticket from every major leauge park to hold a game since 1910. I got every ticket off ebay or collectors that I met thrugh ebay. There are some interesting collectors out there, Ripken streak, Koufax games, etc. I'm currently working on a ticket from every game of the Detroit Tigers 1984 season (their last World Champ year). It is a slow, but fun challenge. Good luck.
