Raw Kennedy errors are getting a little pricey.

I'm out of the bidding on this rotated reverse 88, but it had more legs than I thought, and quite a few bidders. I seriously underestimated the auction, and should have sniped, but thought Kennedy heads might enjoy seeing a variety Coneca hasn't put on the site yet, and that Wiles didn't document.image

It's only rotated when you turn the mint set!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

For $207, it had better be rotated.image

A lot of these come with 180 degree rotation and these will bring the best price. All
that I've seen have been poorly struck with bad surfaces and significant marking. The
bad surfaces are their most critical problem.

These are very elusive for a mint set variety and represent about one coin in 250 sets.
