AT or NT?

MrSpudMrSpud Posts: 4,499 ✭✭✭
Hi,
I picked up a common date Morgan that is toned. I don't know much about toning and I have no idea of whether it is is AT or NT or album toned or bag toned etc.... Anybody care to look at the attached pics and offer their opinion? Thanks.

Thanks, that's great!!! I was suspicious of it when I found it in a dealers junk bin at a coin show, but I thought it looked kind of nice. I wonder why he discounted it?

  • It doesn't look funny to me. How much was it discounted? Was he giving it away?

The coin was in the 50% off bin marked $14. The dealer gave it to me for a bit less than $7 because we bought a few other coins from him. This and one other Morgan that was heavily circulated were the only silver dollars in his junk bin, the others were mostly dimes and other small coins. I know the pics aren't the best, but do you think it might grade MS-60 or so?
    Thanks,
