Instead of feeling proud by bidding, I'll feel proud by not.

My opinion on grades are just that my opinion do not bid on my grade bid on yours!!!!

Can anyone make sense of this?

Looks like we have another numismatic genious on our hands.
  • Looks to be another ACG AT special. Look at the spotting in the center of the reverse along with the deep blue color at the rims. Too suspect for my tastes.

If cracked out, why not include the tag as part of the scan? Seems easy enough. Oh well, guess someone will pay the hard way!

There was an article in Coinage about the huge fraud going on lately in numismatics. Seems the biggest problem are overgraded coins on Ebay. Well this will add another notch to Ebay's infamy.

There is a big difference between being an idiot and having a medical condition that causes typos.

    Edited to remove another typo.

The guy sure has a lot of coins. He mentions that he is going to post several hundred auctions per week. Where do you suppose all his coins come from. With that sheer quantity of coins, surely some MUST be good. I guess the question to answer is: Is everything on the up and up?

"This dime was in a slab from a sub slabber..."

At least he isn't claiming PCGS, NGC, or ANACS!

I emailed him with a question concerning a guarantee on his grade estimate since he had a low number of feedbacks and he responded that If I didn't like his low feedback that maybe I should just wait a while until his numbers go up. Not exactly confidence inspiring.

Anyone stupid enough (assuming it is true) to crack a Big 3 slabbed Barber proof in 68 is too stupid to buy from, I figure...

Mjorism: You didn't have to make that comment. This thread has nothing to do with national politics. You certainly have a right to your political opinions, but this board isn't the place for them, IMHO.image
